Develop a fitness plan and attain effective results in a quicker way

Whether it is a weight loss or a muscle buildup plan, there are several ways to achieve the desired fitness goal. Many people follow different types of fitness plans to reach that level of fitness that have dreamt for, but most of them fail to do so. Now, there can be numerous reasons behind this. ·        Incorporate rest periods:

Being a beginner, you can rest for about one to two minutes between your set of resistance exercises. If you want to have quicker and effective results, it is recommended to lessen the resting time between your exercises and increase the set of repetitions.

·        Track your progress:

Tracking your fitness progress on weekly basis will not only help you know where you stand but it will also keep you motivated.  If you feel little or no change, you can make minor adjustments to your plan.
