The HIIT training sessions- all you need to know




HIIT or high intensity interval training is a form of cardio sessions that consists of short burst of super intense exercises followed by longer periods of low intensity workout.

The session

A typical HIIT workout starts up with a light warm-up session. You might probably start with skipping rope, punching a bag or doing some jumping jacks. After that, you can start with a high intensity workout like cycling, jumping rope as fast as you can, intense elliptical pace, running on a treadmill and lots more.
